Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we at Alpen Studio have clear and fair cancellation policies. This way, you know exactly where you stand should your stay not go ahead unexpectedly. The cancellation policy of Alpen Studio is as follows:

Cancellation by the guest

• Up to 30 days before arrival
  Cancellation free of charge. You will receive a full refund.
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival
  We will charge 50% of the total amount.
• Within 14 days before arrival
  If cancelled, we charge 100% of the total amount.
• No-show or early departure
  In case of no-show or early departure during the stay, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation due to force majeure

If there are official travel restrictions or government measures that make it impossible to travel or stay, we will consider whether a free rebooking or voucher is possible on a situation-by-situation basis.

Recommendation: travel insurance

We recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance. This way you are protected against unexpected situations such as illness, cancellation or other personal circumstances. Among others, travel insurance can be purchased from Allianz Assistance.

Changed plans?
